Why is the renewal price different from the first year?
First years are often discounted. The renewal price is the standard rate — and we show it beside the sale price in search, in your cart, and at checkout, so year two is never a surprise.
Is WHOIS privacy really free forever?
Yes. On every eligible domain, your personal details stay out of the public WHOIS record — included free, for as long as you hold the domain.
Can I add email or hosting to a domain later?
Any time. Hosting plans can be added from the hosting page, and mailboxes can be attached to any domain you own — no need to decide everything on day one.
How do renewals work?
Auto-renew is on by default so nothing lapses. We email you 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before anything renews, and you can turn auto-renew off with one click from your panel.
